Hard-working staff at check-out, thanks to them everything was perfectly fine. The location near a tube station was incredible and decent, most places in London were within reach. Had brunch in the Checkmate Bar, located nearby.

Nicely presented hotel with competent personnel at check-out. A good restaurant for the guests.

Location
- The toiletries were a bit stingy and the continental breakfast was mediocre; the croissant was like something from aldi that had been defrosted. Considering this was an extra five pounds I was less than impressed. It's not ideal to have a hairdryer in a bathroom if the bathroom is already full of vapour - the result is frizzy hair.

I have conflicting impressions. On the one hand I chose this department by location and it was okay, on the other hand I would never have chosen such a room (and booked the other) - I was checked into a room with an inner window of 0.5 meters by 0.3 meters in the well above the bed, the room is tiny, the suitcase can not be placed in the prinitsa, I asked to move, moved to the same only with a slightly large window in the well and where you can at least decompose the suitcase, without a window is very uncomfortable, the reservation room was declared different, the breakfast was included - although the hotel told me that it is paid separately, I'm on the status of a genius traveler, so in general did not match expectations, close to the park and subway station, supermarket and museums, the location is really good. From Inus - in this well in the morning, the noise of the hours at seven o'clock on Sunday morning and echo, still from the bathroom smells of standing water., it is very difficult to evacuate if there is anything (there is a separate strange at first glance question about this on the registration - better to answer yes, that help is needed - many corridors, doors and stairs) From the plus - 24-hour registration and location.

Location
Room was not clean; had to ask to do it again. Staff very unfriendly; especially some of the women at the breakfast room and one hotshot at the reception desk. Some staff were friendly but some really extremely rude without reason. It is not in my habit to complain but as it said guests are responsible for stains made on bedding I mentioned the fact that the bedding was stained when I entered.

The stay was pleasant, with a spacious room that allowed my wife, who uses a wheelchair, to move around comfortably. The hotel is in a great location for accessing central London and we appreciated the thoughtful service from staff who recommended suitable accommodations upon check-in. the shower needed maintenance and there were some access issues with a small flight of steps to enter, which was a challenge for us. we enjoyed our short stay and found it quite adequate despite the few drawbacks.

Our room wasn't big but was really comfortable. Facilities for making tea and coffee were very useful during your stay - the weather was pretty cold. Breakfast cost us 6 pound per person, which is a good price for a 4* hotel and it was simple, good and fresh. But we had it only once - there are a lot of cafes around. Easy access by three underground lines. Not a large but clean and comfortable room. Having a kettle and coffee and tea in the room was a real salvation on this trip. A good inexpensive breakfast, but there are also cafes and supermarkets nearby. The hotel is very well connected, with three underground lines going to the nearest Gloucester Road station.
There was carpet on the floor and no slippers, for me it seems strange. The location of the hair dryer is not in the bathroom but under the coffee table, it's not very comfortable.

Staff were quite rude. Room was very small with little room to move around. Window blind party broken.

Location
Very small rooms - one bed and a shower. Much to expensive - not value for money. No breakfast included.

Location
Blinds to window had gaps in and the noise through the single glazed window was exessive.

Was a nice stay, room was spacious n clean. Loved the location, super close to tube n shops. Staff were friendly n helpful. Good amenities in room, makes it easy for a night. Def worth it for the price!
Beds were a bit too firm 4 my liking. Breakfast service was kinda slow, waited too long and decided to eat out instead.

great location but needs better soundproofing
The hotel features a modern design. Cleanliness standards were apparent upon our arrival, giving a fresh ambiance to our double room.
The noise from the street outside was noticeably disruptive, especially at night.
